Eliminare la configurazione STACK su 2 3750

Un saluto a tutti,

ho da porvi l'ennesimo quesito ho 2 3750 Catalyst che erano collegati in stack che
voglio riportare alla normalita'.

Ho formattato la flash e aggiornato l'iOS, poi ho cancellato tutti i file di configurazione e fatto il reboot

ma si vede che ho dimenticato ancora qualche cosa perche lo switch va alla ricerca del vecchio iOS e poi non trovandolo carica quello che ho inserito io sulla flash.

ed in piu' continua a partire come switch numero 2.

mi chiarite un po questa cosa ?

questo e' il boot del 3750 : (mi scuso per la lunghezza :oops: , le parti non necessarie sono state eliminate.)

Devi cambiare qui il puntamento all'immagine di boot. Non ricordo però esattamente la sintassi del comando, prova con un

boot system switch all NOME_IMMAGINE
Puoi dare il comando anche solo per un singolo switch dello stack ma non credo che sia quello che vuoi fare. Così lo imposti per tutti gli switch dello stack

Ciao Rizio,

allora ti faccio un riepilogo :

ho dato questa serie di comandi e credo di aver risolto la cosa, allora :

Configurato il server TFTP e poi dato i seguenti comandi,

write erase
erase flash:


poi ho copiato il nuovo iOS tramite TFTP server

poi ho proseguito con un reboot senza salvare la running-config

poi ho dato il seguente comando per risolvere la situazione del boot,

boot system ( nome dell'iOS sulla flash )

poi ho rinominato lo switch da 2 di nuovo a 1 in questo modo,

switch 2 renumber 1

ho salvato la running-config e poi riavviato visto che il comando switch renumber necessita di un riavvio,

infine il seguente comando,

no switch 2 provision ( modello dello switch )

risalvato la running-config

adesso credo che sia tutto ok ma per sicurezza ti ricopio il nuovo boot magari se hai tempo puoi dargli un occhiata cosi sono sicuro di non aver fatto danni.

Ti ringrazio tantissimo di nuovo per l'aiuto. :wink:

P.S.
non ho dato il tuo comando perche' i due switch non sono piu fisicamente collegati in stack
