copy tftp flash, non mi funziona?

Ciao ragazzi,
sto tentando di scaricare un IOS sul mio router 2520.
Vi descrivo lo scenario:
- ho il mio router collegato tramite cavo ethernet crossover al PC.
- Sul PC ho installato il server TFTP solaris, il quale ha i seguenti settaggi:
1.TFTP Root-Directory: punta al file che voglio scaricare (c2500-is56-l.120-24.bin)
2.Security: Transmit and Receice files
3.Advanced Security: <All IP Addresses>
4.Auto-Close: Never
5.Log: Do not log requests
Il router parte da boot visto che non c'è alcon IOS caricato nella flash.
Per testare la connessione tra PC e Router faccio delle ping ma osservo una cosa un po strana:
- Quando faccio la ping da PC a Router tutto OK!!
- Quando faccio la ping da Router a PC non funziona!
Com'è possibile una cosa del genere?
Detto questo tento di fare il copy tftp flash dal mio router ed ecco cosa compare sul router:

Router(boot)#copy tf
Router(boot)#copy tftp flash

Cosa posso fare? il fatto che la ping da Router a PC non funziona può influenzare il cattivo esito del comando copy tftp flash?
Ho altri due router (2503 e 2610) entrambi con IOS installato, che manifestano
lo stesso problema della ping da Router a PC.
Invio anche lo "sh interface ethernet 0" del Router (potrebbe essere utile):
