cisco 801 non si aggancia la linea

a seguito di un temporale, l'801 non si aggancia + alla linea ISDN.
mi sono accorto che spegnendolo e riaccendendolo dà questo msg:

Failed (code 39): DRAM CS2 = 0000000000, 0x00000004, 0x2, -1
POST ....... OK. 4MB DRAM, 8MB Flash.

Configured boot failed, attempting fallback boot.

cosa è successo e come posso risolvere?
