sto giro sempre niente debug...ma risultati ci sono...atm0 sputa fuori qualche paccketto (il led txd ha lampeggiato per 2-3 secondi )

prova con "default proto ppp dialer" se il "no" davanti non funge.
alle brutte elimina startup-config e rifalla ex-novo

configurando l'atm, dialer0, ip nat inside, e default route...
