Grossi dubbi di un "pierino" su Cisco 877 Alice 7 Mbit

Buon giorno, sono nuovo e mi diletto nel cercare di programmare i miei due router Cisco "ereditati" (un 827 ed un 877).

Vi chiedo aiuto in quanto ho dei problemi di "allineamneto" tra i Cisco e la nuova "macchina" Dslam da poco installata nel mio paese.

spiego:

dopo che Telecom (Alice 7MBit) aveva "overbooking" i loro dslam e sentito un vagone di insulti;
ha finalmente deciso di aggiungere un ulteriore dslam (scopro made in Cina) per rendere "onesta" la navigazione (io abito a ~ 1.5 Km dalla centrale tel. e viaggiavo tra i 1.5 ed i 2.5 Mbit).

In effetti con l'aggiunta della nuova "macchina" il cambiamento c'é stato (ora ho un download ~ 5 - 6 Mbit).

Unico problema, ho grosse difficoltà di "allieamento", cioé prima che il CD ed il PPP si accenda fisso, devo:
spegnere /accendere diverse volte e pregare molto.

Una volta "allineato" funziona onestamente e raramente si scollega.

Con un router telecom (Alice gate 2 Plus WIFI) il problema non sussiste.

Chiamato telecom, questa mi ha controllato la linea rame, indicandomi una attenuazione di 31 dB (mi dice nella norma) e in modo non ufficiale dicendomi che probabilmente c'é una incompatibilità tra la "nuova macchina" e Cisco, consigliandomi di aggiornare il software del Cisco al 3.0.14 ( la mia attuale credo sia "FW Version: 2.5.42") od al limite chiedere di modificare il mio profilo sulla macchina Dslam (mi parlava di un I 411 quello attuale).


Allego la programmazione del 877, ed i livelli di segnale pervenuti quando finalmente si "allinea":

sapevo che un tempo avere il firmware dei Cisco era semplice
oggi non é + così, corretto ?

Dove trovo i firmware (ovviamente non sono iscritto alla Cisco come operatore professionale)

Grazie al Vostro aiuto sono riuscito a risolvere il problema per il Cisco 877.

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a risolvere il problema per il "vecchio" Cisco 827H
credo che sia dovuto ad uno dei seguenti problemi:
IOS datata (Version 12.2(4)YA7)
Firmware DSL incompatibile o con la IOS o con in Cisco 827H.

Nei vari tentativi fatti ho anche cancellato, un po da "pollo", la IOS (c820-k9osy6-mz.122-4.YA7.bin)
Il caso volle che poco prima avevo fatto una copia e tramite comandi ROMMON sono riuscito a ricaricarla in FLAS:

Vi posto ciò che mi dice il 827H.

Altro dubbio:
Il Cisco 827H é un router soho "datato" avente 4 porte ethernet 10baseT.

Il mio problema sorge, credo, perché Telecom mi ha "collegato" su un nuovo Dslam (mi dicono made in Cina).
Se non ho capito male, configura la porta verso di me come ADSL2+ bloccata a 7 Mbit.

Essendo il 827H lato Ethernet 10BaseT, ha senso colegarsi su una ADSL2+
(se non erro dovrebbe andare fino a 20 Mbit)?

L'837 non puo' fare ADSL2+. E' per questo che sono passato all'877. L'827H non lo so.

8Mbit _massacrava_ il mio 837.
