Salve a tutti.

Data l'esigenza di mettere in failover il mio pix firewall 515E con 128m e SO 7.0(4),
ho acquistato l'espansione di memoria a 128mb e la stessa versione del SO per il secondo pix firewall (identico come modello al primo).

Montate le ram, aggiornato il software e ristabilita una configurazione di default senza problemi il tutto sembrava funzionare.

Sfortunatamente in seguito a vari test ho notato che c'è qualche cosa che non quadra...
L'altro giorno appena entrato nella console del pix, questo ha cominciato a tirarmi fuori una serie di errori (per me incompresibili) al termine dei quali il firewall si riavvia...
Questa cosa si è ripetuta diverse volte per tutta la giornata rendendo qualsiasi modifica o configurazione impossibile.

2) Se aggiornando la ios nn risolvi cambia la ram con dei banchi originali Cisco!

Il fatto è che la stessa versione del IOS non da alcun tipo di problema sull'altro pix.

Per le memorie ho pensato potessero essere "fallate", ma è strano il fatto che il problema si presenta "a volte si e a volte no"...
normalmente ogni qualvolta modifico una piccola cosa della configurazione si presenta tale errore e poi scompare...
