Scusatemi non capisco come mai il call-forwarding funziona sui numeri urbani e interurbani e NON funziona sui cellulari.
Qualcuno sa dirmi come mai?

Prova ad eseguire un debug isdn q931 ed un debug voip dialpeer per verificare che la segnalazione del tipo di chiamata sia unknown e che venga selezionata correttamente una dial-peer verso l'esterno.

Si io penso che il problema sia nell'UC520, e il codice che mi hai spedito in precedenza potrebbe essere utile, nelle voice port ho inserito questo comando
translation-profile incoming AddZero-Telecom
è giusto?
che pensi che potrei fare altrimenti

Dal debug appare che il problema deriva dall'errato tipo di plan type sulla chiamata diretta al numero a cui si devia

Come si vede dal debug il numero 339XXXXX (numero a cui vengono deviate le chiamate) é corretto ma ciò che appare sbagliato é il tipo di type che infatti dovrebbe essere unknown anzichè national.
In questo caso infatti il CME cerca di piazzare la chiamata sulla PSTN come nazionale, di contro però la centrale non riconosce il numero ed infatti risponde che il numero non é allocato e quindi é sconosciuto.
Puoi agire in due modi:
1) Applica il seguente comando sulle BRI

interface BRI0/1/0
isdn map address 3.* plan unknown type unknown

2) Crea un voice translation profile che applichi il corretto tipo di chiamata ed applicalo in uscita alle dial-peer utilizzate per impegnare la PSTN
