837 porte voip

ciao a tutti
grazie al vostro aiuto tempo fa ho configurato un 837. ho recentemente aquistato un IP phone (sip) configurato con il mio provider(eutelia) mi aspettavo di dover aprire la porta 5060, ma con sorpresa non è servito il telefono funziona in chiamata e in ricezione.lo stesso con un altro provider che si autentica sulla porta 5061. mi rendo conto che manca la "parte sicurezza" ma volevo sapere il motivo per cui non è servito aprire le suddette porte, visto che per emule ho dovuto farlo.il telefono è un grandstream GPX 2000.
