Salve,
ho qualche problema con un Catalyst 2950 (preso su eBay): i ping a tutte le sue interfacce presentano tempi piuttosto alti. La configurazione è quella di default, con la semplice aggiunta dell'indirizzo IP. Sapreste dirmi dove trovare una versione più recente di IOS? Grazie

Come al solito serve un contratto Cisco CCO e grazie a quello, dal sito Cisco puoi scaricare la ultima ios

Lo sospettavo..
Sapresti dirmi se i ping che vedi sono normali e dove posso trovare un documento per fare un rapido troubleshooting?

Invece che pingare gli ip delle interfaccie pinga delle macchine dietro a quelle intrfaccie!

Comunque su un altro Catalyst, con IOS ver. 12.1(6), i tempi di risposta sono tutti di 1ms...

Allora aggiorna la ios appena puoi.
In tutti i casi, 7 ms non ti creano latenze anche se immagino nn ti piaccia di principio.
