errore router cisco soho 77

Ciao,
sto tentando di configurare un router CISCO SOHO 77 e ho notato che appena apro la shell di configurazione il router mi riconosce la scheda eth0 e mi dice che é up,
poi mi da l'errore transceiver problem e me la mette in down...
vi posto quello che mi dice:
