Linea ATM non si aggancia: router Cisco 857

Ho due router cisco 857.
Uno funziona e si aggancia l'altro no.
Vi posto lo stato delle interfaccie:

Vi voglio far notare che al router che funziona c'è in ATM0 :

Mentre a quello che non va c'è:
BW 4608 Kbit, DLY 80 usec
è questo il problema ???? e se si come si fa a risolverlo ??
