ho recuperato (a lavoro da me lo buttavano via) un cisco 2610...
so bene che è vecchio, però per ricordare quello che avevo studiato va più che bene...vorrei cmq provare ad usarlo un po'.

ho così acquistato un WIC adsl :roll:

non ricordo come leggere i dati, la flash è 16 mega giusto???
fra poco mi arriverà anche il mega slot per le porte eth...
ho aggiornato la IOS con la 12.3

ditemi per favore come muovermi per far funzionare la WIC

Ciao,

con una veloce ricerca della compatibility matrix per la WIC, si nota che il supporto sui router serie 2600 richiede una IOS ADSL.
* Requires a minimum "ADSL" feature set for the Cisco IOS.
Una ricerca sul software advisor di Cisco indicando router 2610 con support ADSL mi indica la seguente release:c2600-is-mz.122-4.T.
Immagino ci sia una release 12.3, ma la tua al momento é una c2600-i-mz.123-22 quindi probabilmente non é corretta.

(vi devo svelare che ho provato a mettere una ios da 15 mega...purtroppo risultava TROPPO grossa, ho docuto mettere questa da Rommon...)

ora che pare tutto ok mi sono buttato sulla configurazione e qua sono venuti i primi dolori...
con il materiale recuperato qua e la ho configurato la WIC adsl...
