cisco 803 che non va più avanti

Prima facevo le configurazioni con fast step, adesso non mi fà più entrare in nessun modo sono accesi i led OK,LK=,LK perche ci sono 2 lan inserite, con iperterminal mi dà dei dati, però non mi fà accedere mi chiede una password,ho provato ad inserire le password che avevo sempre messo sulla configurazione ma nienteda fare.

ok per quanto riguarda il reste però c'é ne sono altri, la connessione a internet é ok fino a quando finché uso il mouse oppure la tastiera di continuo appena la scio i comandi per una ventina di secondi, il router non risponde più.
altro problema é che emule mi dà id basso.
