Soho77, problemi di connessione, vorrei capire perché..

Ultimamente ho problemi di connessione. All'incirca una volta ogni 5 minuti succede che per una ventina di secondi non si riesca a navigare. Questo da quando tele2 mi ha scritto che stavano migrando la linea da 640 a 2 mega. Posso capire dai rapporti del router (cisco soho77) dove sta il problema? Se qualcuno sa indicarmi un comando che può dare informazioni utili posso postare i risultati.
Ho pensato di provare con uno show dsl int atm0, ecco i risultati.. un rapporto segnale/rumore di 40dB non è male, vero? la linea non dovrebbe fare schifo, anche se sono costretto ad usare un cavo telefonico da una 20ina di metri..

PS cosa vuol dire Last Fail Code: Protocol error ??
