Ciao a tutti e piacere di conoscervi.
Mi sono appena registrato sul forum e diciamo sono nuovo al mondo cisco.
Da poco ho preso un 827H per configurarlo a casa con l'alice 7mega.
Su internet ho trovato tantissime guide su come configurarlo ed infatti mi sono cimentato in quest'avventura 
Purtropponon sono riuscito a farlo partire... prima di tutto ho pensato ad una mia inettitudine  ma forse potrà anche essere la linea telecom?? Di seguito vi posto tutte le mie configurazioni con la speranza di qualche anima pia mi dia una mano

OK per l'encapsulation aal5snap, Telecom preferisce LLC, ad ogni modo una prova stupida é collegare il modem di Alice, in tal caso ti va?
La linea é nuova? Perchè mi pare che la prima navigazione devi farla con il router Alice per dar modo a regman (il sistema Telecom che gestisce i collegamenti Alice) di attivare la navigazione.
Se comunque la linea sta down down allora mi sa che manca la portante, a tal proposito ti chiedo se con altro router funziona.

grazie lorbellu per la risposta.
ho provato anche LLC: encapsulation aal5snap
ma sempre lo stesso problema.
Non ho il modem di alice, perchè ho fatto il contratto solo adsl e non ho provato neanche con un altro router. Prima di provare volevo almeno sbattere la testa se le configurazioni erano corrette... quindi dici che lato mio è tutto ok? |

Almeno la parte ADSL sembra corretta, al netto dell'autenticazione che probabilmente deve essere chap e non solo pap.
Il tuo sembra un problema di portante, effettua un debug dell'ATM in modo da vedere se il modem ADSL funziona o é guasto.
Ovviamente, se hai un secondo router o un modem ADSL bovino da attaccarci, prova pure. Tieni conto però che potrebbe essere un problema di rumore sulla linea.
I modem Cisco son famosi per essere più "schizzinosi" della media.

Ho provato a collegare un altro modem ADSL e la connessione ad internet c'è.
Chi può darmi una mano a capire se quello che ho scritto sopra sia la configurazione corretta?
Una nota che può forse essere utile. Nel fronte del mio 827h si illumina la spia verde dell'OK e quella dell'ethernet collegato al PC. Non si accende niente relativa alla ADSL. E' normale?

Ho provato a debuggare l'interfaccia ed ecco il risultato. Sto cercando su internet quale possa essere il problema (sicuramente banale!)

non capisco perchè nel mio caso se attacco un modem normale (esempio d-link dsl 300) internet funziona senza problemi.
Sicuramente sto sbagliando la configurazione. Qualcuno può darmi una mano? |
