Cisco 1701, l'isdn dati non funziona

Ciao a tutti.

Ho un router Cisco 1701 collegato sia all'adsl che all'isdn, se l'adsl va down sale l'isdn come backup.

Il problema è che l'isdn non funziona, è andato il tecnico telecom,ha cambiato la borchia e la fonia funziona. Se si collega un telefono alla borchia questo riceve e chiama, se provo a chiamarmi dal router la telefonata avviene, ma se provo a pingare l'isdn, questa non funziona. La configurazione è molto probabilmente giusta in quanto abbiamo 300 router uguali e funzionanti.

La telecom ci conferma che la linea dati è abilitata, a da lato loro non ci sono problemi.
